I. Position Overview As an important business development force of the company, BD personnel will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate clients who need to recruit foreign workers. The BD personnel should have excellent communication skills, market insight and business development ability, and be able to bring more high quality corporate clients for the company through professional services and accurate market positioning. II. Job Responsibilities Responsible for developing and expanding corporate clients who need to recruit foreign workers, formulate and execute client development plan to achieve business objectives. Through market research and competitive analysis, understand customer needs and market trends, and provide valuable business information and suggestions to the company. Establish contact with potential clients and provide professional recruitment solutions and consulting services to enhance clients' trust and recognition of the company. Maintain customer relationships, visit customers on a regular basis, understand changes in customer needs, and solve customer problems and feedback in a timely manner. Participate in business negotiation and contract signing to ensure that the contract terms are in line with the company's interests and clients' needs. Work closely with in-house headhunting team and job board team to ensure timely response and efficient execution of client needs.
