We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Position Summary: Responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and to be able to build loads in an orderly, safe, and time-efficient manner.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Count all full goods in the warehouse daily, manually or using a handheld scanner
• Assist in research and reconciliation of daily inventory variances
• Replenish product in staging areas
• Organize product so trucks can be loaded efficiently
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High-School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• 0-3 years warehouse/inventory experience preferred
• Strong math skills
• Previous Forklift experience is preferred

Required Skills/Abilities

• Communication Skills
• Dexterity Skills
• Must be able to learn all jobs on the dock
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to obtain Chesterman Co. forklift certification
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with supervisor and co-workers and to operate equipment

Work Environment: Warehouse work environment. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, reaching, sitting, kneeling and squatting
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus

Job Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: M-F 3:00 am – 12:00 pm or completion; extended days and hours as needed

Pay: $19.57 per hour
