We are looking for a Skilled Standup Forklift Operator to become part of our vibrant team in a high-energy manufacturing setting. The perfect candidate will be tasked with operating standup forklifts to effectively move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse. This position demands a strong commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA and HACCP regulations, ensuring the seamless execution of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate standup forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload products from trucks and containers with precision and care.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements accurately.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
• Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Experience

• Previous experience operating standup forklifts in a distribution center or warehouse environment is mandatory
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HACCP and OSHA safety regulations related to forklift operation is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
• Experience with crane operation is a plus but not required.
