Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Criminal Justice educators to join our team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging learning content for major academic publishers. This fully remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to accept or decline assignments based on your schedule—perfect for educators seeking additional opportunities without interfering with your current teaching responsibilities.

As an SME, you will play an essential role in creating diverse learning materials for students at all levels across the U.S., helping shape content that is used in classrooms nationwide. The work you do will directly impact students' educational experiences and contribute to the development of high-quality, insightful learning resources.

Key Areas of Focus:

We are particularly interested in educators who have experience teaching courses in the following areas:

Criminal Law
Juvenile Delinquency
Victimology
Courts
Introduction to Criminology
Introduction to Criminal Justice
Policing

Additionally, we occasionally need SMEs with expertise in the following disciplines:

Criminal Investigations
Criminal Justice Leadership

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Creating assessment content (questions, quizzes, and exams)
Developing question banks and course content
Writing instructor manuals and teaching guides
The content you create will be used by top-tier academic publishers, and you will receive valuable feedback from our in-house Instructional Designers to ensure quality and relevance.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of teaching experience at the collegiate level
Experience in writing educational content or assessments
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for content creation
