We are seeking multiple experienced Senior Full-stack Java/API Developers to help drive a major new project aimed at improving healthcare services through advanced digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality cloud-native applications using Java/Spring Boot microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Break down complex requirements into manageable tasks and strategies for development.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software.
Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, PM, etc.) to ensure alignment on technical requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Experience:
Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, etc.).
Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Solid experience in using modern software engineering best practices for the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and deployment.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with messaging technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Desired Experience:
Experience designing and developing cloud-native, scalable, and highly available distributed systems on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Expertise in microservices architectural patterns and design.
