Remote Contact Center Representative (Weekend Shifts - Full-Time, $14/hr)

About the Role

As a Contact Center Representative, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support to patients across the United States. You'll handle incoming calls, assist with patient inquiries, document interactions, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient.

What You'll Do

Answer calls promptly with professionalism and empathy
Gather and enter accurate patient information into electronic medical records
Address patient questions, provide information, and create a positive experience
Direct calls to appropriate departments when necessary
Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling as needed
Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Handle upset patients with patience and sound judgment
Assist with additional projects as needed

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or sales (call center experience preferred)
Ability to multi-task and use multiple systems and screens simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and web-based applications
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working in a remote call center environment with high call volumes
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (immigration/work visa sponsorship not provided)
