Description: This position is the secondary contact for promotional item order for DRTC Awards customers. Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with customer. Coordinate with Area Merchandising Manager for scheduling orders.

NOTE - Staff will be counseled for failure to adhere to maximum weights or for non-use of required Safety Equipment.
JOB CONDITIONS:
Normal working hours are from 8:00 – 5:00 p.m. up to 25 hours a week Monday through Friday with two 15-minute breaks if scheduling allows. Lunch (floating) will be determined based on an eight-hour workday.
This position is non-exempt and receives overtime pay at one- and one-half times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 hours in a workweek beginning Saturday 12:00am through Friday midnight.
This position is classified under Secondary Remote Work Designation - approximately 50% of job functions can be typically completed remotely based on a 40 hour per week work schedule. This position will be up to 50% remote based on program needs. Remote hours are not guaranteed, and staff are eligible for up to this amount of remote work, based on agency need.
