Job Description

Role: Hardware Technician

Location: Multiple locations in CA

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Position Summary:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine the root cause of failures.
• Repair, replace, and assemble mechanical components, such as gears, pumps, bearings, and valves.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Operate tools, machines, and diagnostic equipment to test mechanical systems and ensure proper functionality.
• Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
• Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to implement solutions for mechanical challenges.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems or equipment.
