Job Description

This is a hybrid role, offering both onsite and remote flexibility. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing various projects within the pharmaceutical domain. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Project Management:
Utilizing diverse methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to drive project success.
Defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

Team Management:
Leading cross-functional teams towards project execution excellence.
Conducting performance evaluations to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Day-to-Day Operations:
Providing oversight for project activities and maintaining transparent communication channels.
Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project progression.

Project Closure:
Ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Facilitating project closure processes and driving updates to standard procedure documents.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in pharmaceutical business processes and IT/data governance.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence without authority.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven expertise in risk management and conflict resolution.
