We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and information.

Technical Proficiency: Efficiently navigate various technical systems, including call center software and internet-based tools.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and metrics to ensure consistent service delivery.
Confidential Information: Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow strict protocols.
Remote Work: Maintain a reliable internet connection (hardwired is preferred) to work effectively from home.
Qualifications:

Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Healthcare-related certification
Customer Service experience
Strong computer skills
Ability to pass a background check and language assessment
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish
Previous government clearance
