We are a well-established HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanical Solutions company based in Nashville, TN. Founded in 2010, we offer a wide range of services, from simple repairs to complete system renovations. We are a dynamic and growing company, and we are currently seeking a Lead Boiler Technician to join our team.

We offer a relocation package if you are outside of the greater Nashville area. If you are a committed and experienced boiler service tech, we are excited to speak with you!

Position Overview:
As a Lead Boiler Technician, you will play a crucial role in servicing, troubleshooting/repairing, both steam and modular hot water boilers for commercial and industrial clients. Your experience and technical expertise will help ensure the reliability and efficiency of the systems we service.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair (some install) steam and modular hot water boilers.
• Perform routine system checks, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Lead and oversee a team of technicians on boiler-related projects.
• Work on both preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with steam boilers (a few examples; Cleaver, Brooks, Hurst, and York Shipley).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with modular hot water boilers (a few examples; Lochinvar, LAARS, AERCO and RBI).
• Knowledge of HVAC, and areas of the mechanical trades, piping, and welding a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex boiler systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior technicians.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School graduate or GED, or equivalent.
