Private family looking to hire a Live-In OR Live-Out Housekeeper/Nanny in Newtown, PA, starting in September!
$30-$40 per hour, healthcare stipend, PTO, possible private bedroom and bathroom M-F if desiring live-in arrangements), and a car for personal and professional use.
The Ideal Candidate:A busy family with three young children in New Hope, PA, is looking for an energetic and organized housekeeper who is kid-friendly and loves to cook. The position requires a true career housekeeper with at least five years of experience. This person must be proactive, take initiative, and be comfortable working in a split role where 75% of the responsibilities involve housekeeping and cooking, while 25% focus on childcare. The ideal candidate will be meticulous in their cleaning, highly organized, and possess a passion for cooking healthy family-style meals. They should also be professional, discreet, and hardworking, with superlative, verifiable, and preferably long-term references. Availability to start in September is essential, and flexibility for occasional weekend support is preferred.
What Works Best for the Family:The family is seeking someone very comfortable around children and self-motivated, capable of taking charge in running a large home and ensuring everything is guest-ready and spotless. The candidate should know how to read the room, providing the family with privacy when needed. Additionally, they should be happy to spend time with the children and assist with childcare when needed.
