Your Role: The GOglobal Graduate Program is the company's career accelerator for high potential graduates who are early in their careers . Our 24-month program offers an exciting mix of strategic projects and operational rotations across different HR functions. This includes global working assignments on multicultural business teams, one international assignment, formal training, leadership mentoring and personal/professional development. We believe in a flexible working approach and value self-starters with curious minds. As a GOglobal , you'll join innovative, customer-oriented teams and have exposure to our HR organization and business, with visibility to senior management. Plus, you'll have an assignment manager and mentor to support you along the way. Our program fosters personal and professional growth, while providing exceptional networking opportunities to improve your technical expertise and business acumen. With a focus on HR functions such as People Insights & Effectiveness, People & Organizational Growth, Culture, Engagement & DEI, and People Recognition & Rewards, you'll gain a broad understanding of the multiple aspects of HR , including a rotation as an HR Business Partner . Join us for three assignments in the Boston area and one international assignment to experience a unique, accelerated learning environment that unleashes your full potential! Start of the Program: June 2024 Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration , Psychology, or Human Resources
  • 1+ years of internship experience in an HR function OR less than 1 year of postgraduate work experience in HR
