Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter for a contract position in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This part-time role involves 20 hours per week, focusing on recruitment tasks for positions up to the managerial level. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and managing the hiring process using Workday. Responsibilities: - Identify and source candidates with relevant experience for open positions through direct sourcing and recruitment strategies. - Screen and shortlist applicants, ensuring they meet job requirements and align with company needs. - Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers and interview teams. - Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview progress and status updates. - Negotiate offers with selected candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. - Utilize Workday for managing resumes, tracking candidates, and facilitating the hiring process. - Maintain accurate records on hiring processes using tracking sheets and present updates to leadership. - Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and hiring needs. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. - Proficiency in Workday for managing recruitment processes. - Strong skills in tracking and maintaining recruitment records using tools like Microsoft Excel. - Ability to negotiate employment offers effectively. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Experience hiring for salaried positions up to managerial levels. - Ability to work part-time hours, 4 hours per day, with flexibility to meet hiring needs.
