Sizanid USA is seeking a motivated and detailoriented HR intern to support our team with various exciting tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the full HR lifecycle from attracting top talent to ensuring smooth payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Assist with sourcing and screening resumes and applications.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews (may involve some light administrative tasks).
• Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
  
• Payroll:
• Assist with data entry and processing of payroll information.
• Prepare and distribute paystubs to employees (ensure confidentiality).
• Learn about payroll regulations and tax withholdings (optional).
• Background Checks:
• Coordinate and track background checks for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for background checks.
• Business Development:
• Assist with research and outreach to build relationships with potential clients.
• Help with administrative tasks related to business development initiatives (e.g. creating presentations managing calendars).
• Gain exposure to the sales side of the HR industry (optional).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Eager to learn and explore different aspects of Human Resources.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or payroll software.
  
• Understanding of employment law and best practices in HR.
