• Provides general human resources administrative support, such as scanning, file maintenance, paperwork, etc.
• Assists with the time and attendance process.
• Assists with recruitment processes; this may include screening candidates, scheduling interviews, etc.
• Responsible for the onboarding of new hires; schedules and conducts orientations, I-9 Employment Verification, etc.
• Ensures data integrity in human resources system.
• Maintains digital and electronic records of employees.
• Assist with Employee Engagement and Community Involvement activities throughout the year.
• Assists in the coordination of teammate life events, such as Anniversaries, Birthdays, Births, Deaths, Marriages, etc.
• Maintains Teammate Perks for Company, informs teammates of perks on a regular basis.
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality in all functions of this position.

Salary ranges for this position is determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
