Position Overview: The HR Intern will support various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role offers practical HR experience in a dynamic environment. Approximately 15-20 hours a week, flexible with your school schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Organize employee engagement activities.
• Support HR policy administration and research HR best practices.
• Address employee inquiries and prepare HR reports.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and discretion with confidential information.
