Job Description

Allegria Village, a senior living community in Dearborn, is currently looking for a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team in Independent Living.

Requirements: MUST have at least 4-5 years Sales and Marketing experience in the senior care industry

Some duties to include:

· Develop new business opportunities to meet established trends,
help develop and implement strategic sales plans.

· Facilitate client and referral sources requirement meetings.

· Report weekly sales forecasts, develop market analysis to
identify client needs, price schedules, and overall homecare market sales
trends.

· Stay current with competition, deliver sales presentations,
proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing ratio.

· Assist in developing and managing client and homecare agency
relationships, evaluate accounts, manage projects to make sure that they
get completed in a timely manner.

· Responsible for assisting with sales campaigns, maintaining
active participation and membership in networking organizations.

· Works closely with the Administrator in the development and
execution of the weekly outreach plan and outside community involvement.

· Generate and complete tours

· Contribute to social media presence

· Maintain relationships with lead sources, generate new lead
sources, generate leads (non-referral agency), and maintain relationships
with referral agencies

· Plan and coordinate community and facility marketing events,
attend trade show
