Insurance Open Enrollment Clerk II (Remote)
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah)

Duration: Approximately 5 months (August through January)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to callers.
- Address inquiries related to health insurance policies and open enrollment processes.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a health insurance call center.
- Strong office and communication skills.
- Must be a resident of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
