**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of interior design experience, with a strong background in creating detailed construction drawings and cabinetry designs using Chief Architect software. If you are passionate about design and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to create innovative design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop detailed construction drawings, cabinetry designs, and floor plans using Chief Architect.
- Produce mood boards, material selections, and design presentations to communicate design concepts.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure project accuracy and timely completion.
- Attend site visits to assess project progress and address any design or construction-related issues.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of interior design experience, particularly in residential and/or commercial design.
- Proficiency in Chief Architect software is required.
- Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and detailed drafting.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
