Our team is looking for an Inventory Manager to join our operation in Paris, Texas. This team member will be responsible for managing the inventory control for the company, across all regions of operation by ensuring inventory processes are followed in all warehouses.

JOBSITE LOCATION: Paris, TX

STARTING PAYRATE: $69k-$86k depending on experience

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (weekends only as needed)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owns the item master data set for the company by ensuring inventory items and master attributes are entered and maintained in all necessary systems in accordance with customer and operational requirements
• With the support of their team, completes all related data fill requirements in the packaging management software, ERP systems, and billing systems to satisfy requirements and for optimum performance
• Partners with the IT team as necessary to ensure the pick and put away rules in the warehouse management system are appropriate for inventory items.
• Ensures their team coordinates and performs customer directed full physical inventories
• Identifies root cause and solutions for any issues that arise from inventory control cycle counts by working with his or her team, IT, and operations accordingly
• Manages companywide inventory related reporting, ensuring key information such as receipts from shipments and pallets loaded by employees, is aggregated and presented to the team to inform and monitor business processes execution against targets
• Acts as a key customer contact and point of escalation for inventory issues and questions while facilitating internal efforts to resolve these matters and communicating with all parties accordingly. Possesses good understand of how customer systems interact with We Pack systems.
• Routinely visits multiple locations/facilities as necessary to support operations, address any inventory concerns, and inspect the warehouse to identify any inventory/WMS flow questions that need to be address by the warehouse team.

Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University preferred or two to five years related industry experience and/or training.
