Connect Staffing is looking for a Custodial Maintenance Worker to join a seals and polymer company in Conroe!

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ( two-week training from 6:00pm-3:00am)

Custodial Maintenance Worker:

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly 
• Ability to lift 50+lbs.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Prior experience in roles such as a Janitor, Custodian, Maintenance and Janitorial Technician, or Sanitation Technician is a big plus!

Custodial Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:

• Clean shop floors and common areas – sweep, mop, and maintain general cleanliness.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces regularly.
• Perform light maintenance tasks like replacing bulbs, minor painting, or patching.
• Maintain outdoor areas including entrances and walkways (e.g., sweeping, snow/ice removal).
• Organize supplies and storage areas to support inventory and tool management.
  Report larger repair needs and follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
