Job Description

Our agency client is seeking a dynamic Junior Web Developer who also has experience with email marketing. With a strong focus on UX and a keen eye for design, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, working under the supervision of the VP of Interactive Services. This is a hybrid role with in-office work four days a week and one work-from-home day (Friday). Additionally, we offer summer hours on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain websites.
• Manage and execute client email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
• Design and mockup pages in Figma, ensuring a strong UX focus.
• Update and maintain content on various CMS platforms.
• Communicate project statuses effectively with account teams.
• Meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-time experience within a marketing team; agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in fundamental HTML/CSS; knowledge of PHP or JavaScript is a bonus.
• Experience building and maintaining websites, with a solid understanding of CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor; experience with other marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to create mockups in Figma.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve skills
