What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

• Two years sales experience, apartment and marketing experience
• High school diploma, AA or college degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid communication skills.
• Experience using Rent Café,Yardi and CRM are preferred.

Your Calling Will Be:

• Generating traffic
• Qualify potential residents & verify applications.
• Tour/Lease apartments.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
