A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term contract assignment. This role offers consistent hours, a stable schedule, and the opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment providing quality patient care.
Position OverviewShift: Day Shift (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 06:00 AM – 06:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs, patient changes, and document accurately
Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
Offer compassionate support to residents and families
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements
Valid and active LPN license
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (preferred in long-term care or rehab)
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Reliable, professional, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
