Globe Life is an international Fortune 500 Company within the financial services industry, and one of the largest life insurance companies in North America. Its subsidiary, American Income Life, has been the sole company handling union benefits since 1951, and holds an exclusive contract with 40,000 different unions, credit unions, and veterans associations throughout the United States. Their most notable union contracts are held with the police officers, firefighters, nurses, teachers, and the NFL.
Our agency, AO, is looking for individuals with a desire to establish a career in the life insurance industry. We are looking for individuals to build their own agency with the support from the company. Agents will be trained in both sales and managerial positions. This is a commission and performance based position–while your personal production is important, building a team at the same time allows for exponential growth within the company.
No experience in sales or insurance is required, as we have industry-leading training and a great support system to provide you the tools to be successful. Life insurance is a highly regulated industry which does require you to hold a professional license. The laws do vary by state, but obtaining your license is generally an inexpensive and easy process that can be completed within 5-10 days. Already holding a Life & Health license is a plus, but our hiring team can assist with starting the licensing process if a candidate is otherwise a good fit. This is an entirely remote position, allowing us to build a nationwide agency and service customers all around the country.
