Nest is looking for a licensed real estate assistant to join our growing team. This position has amazing growth potential and you could be earning 6 figures quickly as you learn the industry from a top producing team. You will keep our transactions running smoothly and deliver an excellent client experience. You will have some real estate experience and be ready to dive into everything from showing $3 million dollar homes to running errands. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven, thinks quickly, and highly detail-oriented. You must be a team player, have an abundance mindset, and have a huge desire to learn. • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
• Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
• Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
• Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
• Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met

Qualifications:

• Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
• Background in real estate is required for this position
• Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Must be licensed or in the process of obtaining license.
