Your Mission
As the Manager, Marketing Operations, you will lead our marketing operations team and optimize our marketing technology stack to drive pipeline growth and improve marketing performance. This role is instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders, and implementing scalable processes that deliver measurable results across diverse product lines.
What You'll Do
Lead and Inspire a Team: Act as a player-coach, mentoring a high-performing marketing operations team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Strategic MarTech Management: Evaluate and optimize tools like Pardot, Salesforce, LeanData, Pursuit, and 6sense to enhance efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
Drive Marketing Automation: Create frameworks for maintaining and improving prospect data, automation rules, and seamless lead flow between marketing and sales.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to align goals and deliver results.
Ensure Data Integrity: Establish robust data management processes, ensure database quality, and educate teams on best practices.
Analyze and Report: Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Innovate and Improve: Stay ahead of best practices in ABM, lead routing, and sales qualification methodologies.
Streamline Processes: Identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and implement improvements to drive operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, build strong relationships, and manage cross-functional priorities.
Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking approach to technology and process optimization.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce, and other MarTech tools. HTML/CSS skills are a bonus.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn metrics into actionable strategies.
Location
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in either Atlanta, GA, or Oakville, ON.
