Description

Develop and implement production standards to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.

Participate in daily production meetings and resolve issues.

Create and improve standard operating procedures with input from Engineering and Technical teams.

Develop production metrics like OEE and schedule adherence.

Lead process development projects from start to finish.

Manage process improvement projects within timelines and budgets.

Work with cross-functional teams to align projects with business strategies.

Oversee production support elements like Kanban setup, workstations, and material flow.

Collaborate with technical experts on process and quality improvement projects.

Ensure processes support business growth and reduce lead times.

Maintain Bill-of-Materials and Route Details, and manage product updates and engineering changes.

Promote and implement lean practices and 5S workstation design.

Identify and address quality issues and trends, and work on improvements.

Lead QMS activities, run analysis, create reports, and solve problems.

Support SAP S4 ERP implementation.

Lead automation projects for CNC machining and robot welding.

Troubleshoot CNC and robot welding issues.

Mentor and lead CNC and robot welding operators/technicians.

Must

Skills & Qualifications:

• Have 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Continuous Improvement
• Lean Manufacturing
• Engineering Degree
• Machine shop environment
