Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented Marketing Event Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role you will play a key part in planning organizing and executing events that promote our brand and engage our target audience. Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events including trade shows product launches and community outreach activities.
  
• Logistics Coordination: Manage event logistics including venue selection vendor coordination and materials preparation.
  
• Promotion and Marketing: Develop promotional materials and assist in marketing campaigns to increase event visibility and attendance.
  
• Engagement: Interact with attendees during events provide information about our products/services and gather feedback to enhance future events.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales design and communications to ensure cohesive event messaging and branding.
  
• Reporting: Track and analyze event performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for event marketing.
  
• Previous experience in event coordination or marketing is a plus but not required.
  
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
