This role offers varied hours between 8 AM and 6 PM—no weekends or holidays —giving you work-life balance while supporting multiple departments in a growing practice. You’ll play a vital role in both clinical and administrative functions, assisting patients and providers across our clinics and rehab department with occasional travel required. In this role, there is opportunity to –

• Organize daily schedules and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with mobility, transfers, and preparation for exams.
• Collect patient histories, take vitals, and perform screenings per provider guidelines.
• Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and equipment; maintain cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and basic lab tests; assist providers with procedures.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
• Coordinate front-office tasks: schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage charts.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing instructions and education as directed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards; maintain confidentiality.
• Administer injectable medications and vaccines under physician supervision.
