Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Multi-specialty office.

 
We are seeking experienced full-time and part-time front desk receptionists to join our busy Multi-Specialty Practice.

 
$500 bonus offered.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

• Patient registration.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Check-in and Check-out.
• Answer phones.
• Product/Service sales.

SKILLS:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous.
• Ability to multitask.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

TRAINING:

• On-the-job training offered.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexible work schedule.
• Reliable transportation. 
• Travel to Satellite Offices.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday (varied work schedule). 

COMPENSATION:

• Salary based on experience.
• $500 bonus.
