As the Front Desk Coordinator , you will be the welcoming face of our imaging center, serving as the initial point of contact for patients, referring physicians, and the general public. Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and Welcoming : Ensure all patients and their families feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Patient Assistance : Anticipate and attend to the needs of our patients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Duties : Manage patient check-ins, answer and route telephone calls, schedule appointments, and handle front office tasks efficiently.
  • Financial Transactions : Collect patient balances at the time of service, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes.

Qualifications:

**Work Schedule:

  • Hours per Week : Full Time
  • Daily Hours : 9:30am to 6pm, Monday-Friday
  • Flexibility : If you would like a day off during the week you can work Saturday.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior Experience:

  • 0 - 2+ years in a customer support role or hospitality field

Special Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service background and focus
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a physician practice or medical services office
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Prior experience with patient collections in a medical setting
  • Experience with medical records
  • Bachelor’s Degree
