Position: Microsoft 365 Tenant Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Tenant Administrator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft 365 tenants to ensure seamless operations and security across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Management: Create, execute, and deploy changes to Microsoft 365 tenants, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices.
Configuration & Optimization: Oversee the setup and configuration of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to tenant configurations, security settings, and service access to maintain a stable environment.
Security & Compliance: Implement and manage security protocols, monitor compliance standards, and ensure adherence to governance policies.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation on tenant configurations, changes, and updates, and report progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration, including hands-on knowledge of tenant configuration, user management, and service optimization.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, security features, and compliance tools.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work collaboratively across teams to resolve them.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and best practices.
