Job Description

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a highly qualified Professional to fill program and task order leadership positions on for the upcoming Missile Defense Agency (MDA) IT and Operations Enterprise Support (MIOES) program.

On-site positions are located in Colorado Springs, CO and Huntsville, AL.  The purpose of MIOES is to provide a full range of information technology (IT) services and facility support to include any necessary hardware, software, and ancillary components to support enterprise level programs and environments in alignment with compatible industry best practices.

As the Peraton MIOES Facilities SDM you will

  • Be responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of the MDIOC Facilities focused task orders, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other company facilities.
  • Coordinate with building contractors and ensures building safety and adherence to applicable building codes.
  • Plan utilization of space and facilities for Company consistent with requirements for efficiency, and available facilities and funds.
  • Plan, direct, and manage all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modification and building projects from the design concepts through implementation.
  • Ensure project requirements are defined, contract and contract changes are negotiated, operating budgets established, and financial terms/conditions of contract are identified.
  • Keep in compliance with and abreast of all OSHA regulations.
  • Manage and implement energy management/utility consumption improvement programs. Perform environmental hazard management/planning and remediation.
  • Establish and maintain equipment and system standards. 
  • Issue RFPs to contractors for equipment and systems maintenance.
  • Explore and solicit alternative options for products and services to maintain high standards at corporate office and opportunities to reduce budgetary expenses.
  • Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 16 years. A bachelors degree can be considered in lieu of 4 years experience
  • Must have supervisory or management experience
  • Active Top Secret clearance required with SCI access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EVM experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
