• Proficiency in nightclub hospitality, including high-level serving procedures, standards, and effective communication skills.
• Strong adaptability to rapidly changing club environments.
• Outgoing personality with a knack for building rapport with patrons.
• Excellent attendance record, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.

 
Essential Functions:

• Maintaining a superior food and beverage operation.
• Overseeing operations with an emphasis on attention to detail, service standards, and overall shift supervision.
• Assisting with floor management, employee placement, overall operations, replenishment, and staff development.
• Maintaining attendance policies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Leading by example.
• Assisting in maintaining overall costs.
• Assisting in scheduling.
• Processing maintenance work tickets and following up to ensure completion.
• Striving to improve communication processes with the team.
• Lead all employees to provide the best service, maximum work efficiency, and the highest level of quality.
• Using good judgment, common sense, and fairness in decisions with all employees.
