Job Description:

Brief Summary about the Role:

• Need Nutanix HCI technology Admin profile, where S/he will be responsible for doing the day to day administrative tasks of Nutanix infrastructure, this needs a comprehensive knowledge on Nutanix Prism, the central admin platform.
• Engage in all the requirements of any enhancement, use case or any Nutanix Cloud Cluster (NC2) platform related activities.
• Knowledge on VMware platform & Wintel is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management & Technical Support:

• Provide ongoing technical support for Nutanix environments.
• Address hardware and software issues reported by users.
• Administer and manage Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and uptime of the infrastructure.

Configuration and Deployment:

• Configure and deploy Nutanix hardware and software components.
• Set up virtual machines and storage solutions.

Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance.
• Perform troubleshooting to resolve issues proactively.

Log Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

• Analyze logs to identify issues.
• Perform RCA to prevent future occurrences.

Documentation:

• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
