Shangri-La Springs is Hiring!

We are seeking a security guard with experience in hotel and other customer focused businesses to join our team at Shangri-La Springs for special events, weekend, and overnight shifts.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

• Assisting customers and guests as requested, particularly with after-hours access for overnight guests, 
• Enforcing company policy with customers and guests as needed, 
• Scheduled and spontaneous patrolling of the grounds, 
• Checking to ensure the property is properly secured, 
• Monitoring security cameras, 
• And reporting any unusual activity to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will:

• Maintain a positive and customer service focused attitude
• Be self-directed and able to work long-shifts without direct supervision
• Available 12 hour overnight shifts as well as special event opportunities

This position entails physical labor consistent with working in a hotel, and may include standing for prolonged periods, stair-climbing, lifting, pulling, or pushing items up to 150lbs.
