Paid Media Specialist

What You'll Be Doing
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, always aligning strategies with client objectives.
Collaborate with media buyers and analysts to boost ROI and maintain account health, utilizing insights from A/B testing, budget management, and performance metrics.
Analyze campaign data regularly, offering data-driven insights and creating detailed reports that track success and improvement areas.
Support expansion into other platforms like Bing, Pinterest, and programmatic advertising to diversify our reach and enhance client impact.
Work closely with team members to deliver effective advertising solutions through open communication and strategic collaboration.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in paid media, especially with Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, whether managing a single account or a portfolio, in-house or in an agency.
Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results, paired with hands-on experience in campaign management, ad buying, and strategic planning.
Familiarity with additional platforms such as Bing, Pinterest, or programmatic advertising (a plus).
On-site presence in Lindenhurst, NY—this is a fully in-house role to foster a strong team environment. Remote work isn't available for this position.
