Receptionist Job Specification:

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming reception area.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Provide information to callers or visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Receptionist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• With customer service experience.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
