PeopleSoft 9.2 Experience Required

Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud Partner and a consulting firm specializing in PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Ellucian Banner, headquartered in Dublin, CA. We are seeking a qualified candidate for the following full-time position:

Job Title:  PeopleSoft Project Manager (PMP Certified)

Location: Remote
Duration: Full-Time Employment (FTE)
Travel: Occasional client visits; primarily remote work
Salary Range: $135,000–$150,000 + annual bonus

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience managing large, complex PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade projects, including Application , PUM , and PeopleTools upgrades .
• Comprehensive knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 technology, implementations, upgrades, customizations, and configurations, with operational management experience.
• Hands-on experience in project management for PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Techno-functional experience with FSCM, HCM, and CS 9.2 is a plus.
• Proven expertise in on-premises migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is required .
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computers, IT, HR, or Business with a PMP certification .
• Strong skills in project planning, baseline creation, budgeting, change management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Experience in successfully implementing Shared Services .
• Prior experience in leading and supporting Managed Service projects and ensuring compliance with SLAs .

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle management of PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM, and Campus Solutions projects.
• Manage Shared Services Program for technology implementations and integrations.
• Coordinate with team leads for technical workstreams.
• Provide regular status updates and accomplishments reports to management.
• Collaborate with the Configuration and Change Manager to streamline processes.
• Contribute to the development of new processes, procedures, and decision-making.
• Track and resolve issues related to upgrades, including root cause analysis and resolution management.
