We are seeking a talented Senior Litigation Paralegal experienced in managing PLAINTIFF contingency cases, with a focus on personal injury, strong litigation, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of cases from filing through trial under the guidance of trial partners.
Maintain litigation files using cloud-based legal software.
Assist with depositions, witness preparation, and research.
Prepare and handle all exhibits.

Skills Required:
2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to consistently meet performance goals and objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with technology and maintaining a paperless office.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, contingent upon direct experience.
