Description Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) is a National Women’s healthcare organization whose core business is providing evidence-based treatment for persistent pelvic pain and Endometriosis with a patented, safe, in-office, ultrasound-guided procedure to the pelvis. Persistent Pelvic pain is common and affects 25% of women of reproductive age. Most of our female patients suffer from underlying Gynecological issues, Endometriosis being the most prevalent as it is a chronic disease that affects one in nine women and presents with pelvic pain and infertility.
Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine was formed in 2017 and is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL. Since its inception, PRM has experienced rapid growth and routinely attracts patients from across the US and internationally.
JOB TITLE: Physician Recruiter
LOCATION: Remote Opportunity – Can be home based in any state PRM currently is located in
SALARY: $85,000 BENEFITS : Health, Vision and Dental, Paid holiday and PTO, FSA, High-income potential, etc.
Role Overview As a Physician Recruiter at PRM, you will play a crucial role in creating a pipeline of provider talent. We will rely on this role to build an internal pipeline of qualified Nurse Practitioners, Physiatrist and Gynecological Surgeons to deliver our proprietary ultrasound-guided procedural protocol.
Duties And Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract NP’s, Doctors and Surgeons aligned with the organization's needs
- Build and maintain relationships with residency programs, medical schools, and physician networks to create a pipeline of top talent
- Source, screen, and assess physician candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, direct outreach, networking, and conferences
- Partner with Chief Medical Officer to identify and understand current and future recruitment needs
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, contract negotiation support, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, physician career fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance the PRM employer brand
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, interview coordination, and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market intelligence to advise leadership on recruitment strategies
- Manage background checks, facility and license credentialing information and reference checks

Requirements Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of physician or healthcare recruiting experience, preferably within a hospital or medical group setting.
- Strong knowledge of physician credentialing, licensing, and medical staff recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and online sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, employment regulations, and physician compensation models.
- Ability to travel via airplane as needed for recruitment events, conferences, and candidate site visits.
