JETT Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced Physician recruiter to join their rapidly growing company. Primary responsibility will be to recruit qualified Physicians for locum and permanent positions nationwide. 

• MUST HAVE - 2 years of Healthcare recruiting experience

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to multi-task, organize time effectively, and prioritize work
• Experience using different ATS platforms and familiarity with VMS systems
  
• Knowledge using Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign, and Google Workspace
• A track record of success in achieving goals and meeting production targets
• Must be a proven team player, innovative, determined, and goal oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive industry
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and adhering to hard deadlines

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates
• Build relationships with providers via phone, email marketing and social media
• Perform extensive outreach/cold calls to develop relationships with providers
• Utilize various VMS platforms, ATS platform, Google Suite and internet resources to identify, track and monitor prospective providers
• Collaborate with support teams to help your candidates move through the recruitment process (licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements)
• Manage multiple job requests and always strive to provide an excellent candidate experience
