Job Description
Rose Brooks Center, a nonprofit domestic violence agency, is currently seeking a full-time PQI (Performance Quality Improvement) Manager. This position is responsible for conducting evaluation, reporting and monitoring of Rose Brooks Center’s quality indicators and compliance standards used to guide program operations, grant management, and ongoing performance improvement. Generate and analyze reports for grant proposals, grant progress reports, and the performance and quality improvement process. Provide recommendations for quality improvement activities and training to the Chief Operating Officer. Serve as project manager for client database development, administration, and updates to ensure all required data elements are collected and reported. Partner with the Chief Operating Officer, program directors, and the Development-Grant team to develop quality and compliance indicators and methods for data collection and reporting. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluation, reporting and monitoring of Rose Brooks Center’s quality indicators and compliance standards used to guide program operations, grant management, and ongoing performance quality improvement.
- Generate and present aggregate data reports required for grant progress reports, grant proposals, and the performance and quality improvement processes.
- Responsible for maintenance and submission of recurring, non-monetary agency profile applications such as BBB and Charity Navigator.
- Analyze, interpret, and report client service trends, data integrity, outputs, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate performance and quality improvement evidence and findings to staff and leaders in a manner that facilitates their active engagement in the performance and quality improvement process.
- Provide recommendations for quality improvement activities and training to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Partner with program directors to conduct regular data cleaning to ensure data integrity including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uniqueness, and outliers.
- Assist the Chief Operating Officer in coordinating, facilitating, and reporting the activities of performance and quality improvement committees.
- Serve as project manager for client database development, administration, and updates to ensure all required data elements are collected and reported.
- Develop and implement data policies, procedures, and standards in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer, program directors, and Development-Grants Team.
- Coordinate database updates and resolution of data conflicts with client database vendors.
- Support a culture of improvement by conducting staff training on client database policies, procedures, and standards; input data into a data management system; using data collection tools and forms; reading and interpreting reports; and using data to improve performance.
- Partner with the Chief Operating Officer, program directors, and the Development-Grant team to develop and implement quality and compliance indicators and methods for data collection and reporting for grant progress reports and performance and quality improvement process.
- Work collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer, program directors, and Performance and Quality Improvement committee, Equity and Inclusion Performance Committee, and Key Performance Indicator Committee to identify performance.
- Coordinate with the Chief Operating Officer, program directors, and client database vendors to develop data collection and reporting methods.

- Provide a valid driver’s license and car insurance with an ability to meet Rose Brooks Center’s driving requirements for the job position.
Work Experience: 2-5 years of performance and quality improvement experience and/or commensurate combination of education and experienceWorking Environment and Requirements to Perform Job Responsibilities
- Ability to work full-time (average of 40-hours per week), primarily Monday through Friday days, with some evenings/weekends as required.
- Able to work in a shared office, private office, and/or cubicle in accordance with job duties and responsibilities.

Hours: This is a full-time, exempt position and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday days but may include some evening and weekend hours. Duties are performed primarily on-site.
Compensation: This position falls into a salary range starting at a minimum of $49,000 annually (exempt).
