The Program Technician II must possess good communication skills, use good judgment in decision-making, exercise creativity and flexibility in problem identification, manage time and resources effectively, and be responsive to DRE management needs. Dependability, punctuality, multi-tasking, and the ability to be a positive team player are required in this position. The incumbent must be able to use a personal computer and navigate through various databases. Confidentiality and discretion are required due to the nature and sensitivity of the documents handled.
