About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Inbox Management: Handle multiple mail inboxes, including invoicing and company-related correspondence.
Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets with consultant information, such as POs, RES#'s, term dates, and hire dates.
Purchase Orders (POs): Create and look up POs as needed.
Accounts Payable: Create and track invoices to ensure timely processing.
SAP SuccessFactors: Manage contingents, terminations, extensions, and lookups.
IVANTI: Handle access requests and perform lookups.
PWA Timesheets: Process timesheets and send them to vendors every Tuesday.
Accrual Sheets: Manage invoicing and track hours worked.
Terminations: Process terminations in IVANTI and manage related shared folders.
Shared Site Management: Organize and manage folders in the shared site.
CARS: Input contracts, search for SOWs, and update vendor contact information.
SEC Reporting: Assist with SEC reporting tasks.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PST
Temporary position for approximately 5 months to cover a leave of absence
Minimum Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant experience in an IT/Finance team providing administrative or project support
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Pay Rate: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour
