Project Manager - Industrial/Light-Industrial Construction
A nationally recognized General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join their Atlanta area team. If you are a resourceful leader with heavy industrial project experience and looking to take your career to the next level, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the management of the entire project, including scheduling, purchasing, quality and safety.
* Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering
* Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions
* Collaborate with Superintendent(s) on subcontracts and self-perform scopes of work
* Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners
* Point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more
* Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners
* Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent
* Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
* 5+ years' experience in construction project management with a general contractor
* Industrial/light-industrial project experience required.
* Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods
* Strong financial management skills and the ability to independently manage all aspects of a project from start to finish
