**Join Our Team as a Showing Agent!**

We are a dedicated team of real estate specialists serving buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We are looking for a dynamic Showing Agent to help us achieve our sales goals through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.

**Our Goals:**
- Create, convert, and close deals
- Maintain a pipeline of 20 approved buyers at all times
- Conduct 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers
- Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer

**Compensation:**
- $69,000 annually

**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients and listing agents in a timely manner
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract for measuring, inspecting, etc., ensuring a smooth process
- Assist clients in determining the best offer price and guide them through closing the deal for a fair transaction
- Support the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets, contributing to increased sales
- Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities to answer client questions

**Qualifications:**
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Willing and able to spend a significant amount of time driving
- Independent drive to succeed and complete tasks without supervision
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or the ability to learn new systems quickly
