Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Registered Dietitian. You will be responsible to help patients achieve healthier eating patterns and lifestyles to prevent and treat of chronic diseases. Analyzing patients' health status, goals, and dietary restrictions, tracking clients' dietary intake and progress, and educating patients on how to maintain a balanced diet.

Job Description

• Plans food and nutrition programs, supervises meal preparation and delivery; helps prevent and treat illnesses by promoting healthy eating habits and suggesting diet modifications.
• Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance w with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.

Skills Required

• Two years’ experience
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Electronic Medical Records
• Call Detail Record

Education/Training/Certifications

• Certificate of Dietic Registration (CDR) - Required
• NY State Office of Professionals Registered License - Preferred
• AHA BLS - required.
• Master's degree - preferred

Additional Requirements

• Malpractice Insurance - All credentialed providers are required to have active individual Medical Malpractice
• Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Please see the shift time, hours per week/day on the request and ensure your worker will be able to commit to the schedule provided by the facility.

  Pay Rate

• $46.00 per hour
